Kigassenzio Return Policy

Here at Kigassenzio, we’re confident that you’ll be thrilled with the products you purchase from our official website or our Amazon store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that our products are designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, you can consult the following terms related to returning a product.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging including all attached accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and we’ll exchange it or offer a full refund based on the original payment method.


For returns, please note the following:

  • Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  • Kigassenzio does not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers. All branded products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Kigassenzio does not cover shipping costs for returns.
  • Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Any product showing signs of wear or being soiled in any way will not be accepted.
  • Kigassenzio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
  • Your refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. 
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges or allow refunds for individual items in a promotional kit or bundle.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable 

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Kigassenzio’s discretion.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for product bags. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
